Projects are basically created to service clients, therefore clients are the most import part of any project. Clients may positively or negatively impacted the progress of any project and the following are key issues in dealing with clients:

•	The client is responsible for answering questions, providing test cases and solving conflicts and any requirement problems or issues.
•	Getting such help may not be easy or may involve some politics, which may hinder the project’s progress, development or deployment.
•	In most case, the client employees are very reluctant to make decisions and that may cause delays.
•	Profiling clients and recognizing stakeholders, contacts, rules of engagement, GOTO person and means of communication.
