Sam Eldin - 29, be it and not wish it
Introduction:
This webpage presents one of my books on health and fitness. Its title is:

"29, be it and not wish it"

The goal is to help myself and others stay young, healthy, productive, with positive attitudes toward life-living and our society.

With AI, mobile technology, plus the politics, it is getting harder specially for both young and old to navigate today's world. The young are being squeezed from all directions where they face intense algorithms, job market pressures, and social isolation, while older adults struggle with rapid digital services plus complex political disinformation.

The goal is how to be 29 for the rest of your life and my book is my attempt to help myself and others stay 29 and birthdays would be turned into 29 anniversaries.

The chapters in this book or webpage present a simple concept, a life experience, a common-sense, or a good idea that would benefit others. We do not claim that we have all the answers, but we would love to share our life experiences (including mistakes) which could help others learn and grow.

We are planning on turning each chapter into a 90 second video (with help of AI) to make it simple and more entertaining.

The Book's Target is Men 40 and Older:
The ideal of my book came to my head when I was visiting Egypt at the age of 40. At 40. I was in my prime physic and best shape. I was bodybuilding, weight-lighting, play soccer (football), running and physically fit. In my Egypt visit, I noticed that Egyptian men whom were 40 years old or older were looking old and the whole society were treating them as old men. Being from Egyptian parents, I was worried and doubts started running in my head and I did not want to look or feel like these old Egyptian men. Well, the best defense is an offense, and being a professor of computer science where I wrote a number of computer science books, I decided to write a book which would map how to stay young and fit.

Roadmap:
This book is a roadmap on how to stay young, healthy, productive, with positive attitudes toward life-living and our society. Google's definition of a life roadmap is a visual or written strategic plan that connects your core values and long-term aspirations to your day-to-day actions. It serves as a personal Global Positioning System (GPS), helping you navigate transitions, prioritize what matters most, and avoid drifting aimlessly through life.

Young Audience:
A life roadmap as Google defines it, it can help both young and old. We are very much the same animal, but age is nothing but surviving the wear and tear that our bodies must endure. Age also comes with wisdom and experiences. The goal is to stay young and keep on being young (29) as we can. Therefore, our book targets young audience and presents the wisdom that young men can definitely use.

Why 29?
Every culture or country has their own rules and values which help guide their communication and dealing with individuals living in such culture or country. As far as I remember a 30-year-old man-male in Egypt was considered old and no suitable female would want to marry such 30-year-old man. Consequently, 29-year-old man is not yet reached the 30-year limit or border. Therefore, we decided to have the book title as "29, be it and not wish it."
